At Inspire we recognise that ECTs are an important part of the future of our teaching workforce and as such want to give them the very best start to their teaching careers.
We not only give all the statutory support to our Early Career Teachers but we also have a bespoke training programme that runs alongside which focuses on the areas ECTs have told us they want more support in.
We have two specialist leaders who design and deliver this programme .
